How to play keno
Keno game consists of a set
of numbers ranging from 1 to 80, you can select between 4 to 10
of them on your blank ticket by yourself or the computer would choose
it for you. Each selected number is called a 'Spot' so if you choose
5 numbers then you are playing a 5 spots game and then the machine
picks 20 numbers randomly and displays them on the board. You then
need to check how many of your chosen numbers match the winning
numbers in order to calculate your wins. The amount won depends
on the type of ticket and the amount of your bet. You may win even
if you haven't matched any numbers especially in the 10 spots game.
There are three ways of playing Keno: Straight, Way and Combination.
In Straight keno the individual numbers are marked and if
they make a straight line the ticket wins but in Way tickets,
the player is allowed to select one or more groups of numbers to
increase their chance of winning, if a number in any group hits,
the player gets some points and in Combination tickets, the
gambler can wager on the groups of numbers in different ways.
In Keno you can choose how many numbers you want to play and how
much money you want to bet on each game. In some casinos you can
play multiple races at the same time. For example, if you decide
to play £4 for £5 consecutive games then your tickets will cost 20.
In Keno the maximum wagering on one ticket is normally £150.
